I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with Julie and Denise as the Realtors for the sale of my house at 887 Monarch Dr., La Canada, CA 91011.
Throughout the entire process both Julie and Denise were professional,
conscientious and motivated. They made me feel like I was their only client with their utmost attention to my needs and anxiety with the sale of the house. The housing market has been in a down turn and it was so important to price the house correctly. Initially, I was uncertain of the asking price with the current state of the market. Julie and Denise worked very closely along side of me to make sure that we were both satisfied of what the asking price should be and through their diligence in marketing and selling the house; I was very fortunate to have the house sold at a price that was very close to the asking price.
Also, due to my current divorce settlement, there were difficult, legal constraints in the sale of the house. Julie and Denise were sensitive to my situation and worked with both me and my ex in order for the closing to occur on a timely basis.
All in all, I feel very fortunate to have my house sold. This would not have happened without Julie and Denise cooperation. I would highly recommend them to all my friends, relatives and colleagues.
